Explore the connections between tasks, notes and wiki pages
A list of tasks does not always show which note explains a decision or where a related project fits. Centrux Knowledge Space displays work items as nodes and connections in a desktop knowledge graph.
What does the graph connect?
Tasks, notes, wiki pages and sticky notes become items in the graph. Relationships include project membership and task dependencies, as well as mentions of names, shared keywords and tags.
An automatic connection is a clue to investigate. Matching words do not prove that two tasks have the same meaning or must happen in a particular order. Check the source content and explicit dependencies before drawing that conclusion.
Start with one item and explore its context
Search for the project or item you are working on rather than trying to read the whole graph at once. Follow nearby connections to discover related notes or earlier work.
- Open Space from the desktop sidebar.
- Search for a project or item by name.
- Inspect the highlighted node and nearby connections.
- Click an item to review it in its task or note view.
Write records that are easier to connect
Use specific task names and mention related projects or tasks in notes. Consistent wiki titles make both search and graph exploration more useful.
Update an existing wiki page when the conclusion changes instead of writing several versions of the same idea. If you connect an AI tool, ask it to search for existing knowledge before saving a new page.
Capture on mobile, explore on desktop
Knowledge Space is available on desktop. On mobile, you can read and update tasks, notes and wiki pages, then explore their relationships later on a larger screen.
The graph does not automatically write new knowledge. Use it to explore the context of work and knowledge you have actually recorded.
